Kevin established the company in 2006 to fulfill a desire to help clients achieve their goals by improving their facilities. With a lifelong career background in construction, a degree in project management, and a passion to serve his clients, Kevin brings a unique set of skills to the table enabling him to develop projects from concept to completion while representing his clients in  challenging  construction  environments.

Diana Nolen

Executive Secretary/Treasurer

Diana handles accounts payable and accounts receivable. She manages the “underbelly” of the business, making sure things are taken care of behind the scenes, as well as taking care of the CRM Group team. Diana has been working alongside Kevin since they were married in 1984, helping to organize and manage multiple businesses throughout the decades.

Diana and Kevin are the parents of 4 children and 8 grandchildren. Her passions are Jesus, family, and cooking.

Richard Olson

Richard is the “go-to” guy for the CRM project management team. He is involved from the design process to the finished project. Richard develops the master and short-term schedules for each project, Scope Clarifications, working with owners, vendors, contractors, architects and engineers to bring each project to a successful completion.

Ed Hammerich

Project Manager/Superintendent

Ed has many years of experience in the construction industry including being a self-employed contractor with a background in commercial and residential property. Ed is married, with 3 children. He lives in Taylorsville, California, and loves living and working in small mountain communities.

Jeremie Dangtran

Project Manager

Jeremie joined the CRM Team in March 2020. He has field experience in HVAC and structural concrete. He specializes in structural concrete and finds his passion in pouring concrete.

Jeremie has certifications in OSHA 30, ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment), rigging and signaling, crane safety, class IV forklift and aerial lift.

Jeremie currently lives in Reno, Nevada with his two children.

Rochell Barkocy

Project Finance Controller

Rochell has a background in Behavioral Psychology, Drafting, Engineering, and Operations Management. Rochell started with CRM Group in August 2017 to obtain knowledge and a background in construction management.

Rochell is married with 2 stepsons and a Jack-Russell terrier.

Brandy Gray

Project Coordinator

Brandy joined the CRM Team in March 2018. She has an extensive background in commercial construction, working as a project coordinator, assistant project manager, and accountant. Her experience includes estimating, contract preparation, and financial statement preparation.

Charis Stockwell

Project Coordinator

Charis joined the CRM Team in December 2017. In addition to her paralegal background, she has experience as a contract administrator working with private, state and federal project owners, from bid preparation to completion.

Charis is married and lives in Burnt Ranch, California.

Amy Jane Small 

Assistant Project Manager

Amy gained experience in Production Development, Production Management and Lean-Manufacturing while working for Hi-Temp Insulation in Southern California. She also has 17 years' experience in the Home Improvement Industry. Amy looks forward to working with the CRM Team.

Amy lives in Graeagle, California with her husband and four dogs. They have four adult children. Amy enjoys archery, fishing, road biking, gardening and cooking. Her passion in life is L.I.F.E - Loving, Inspiring, Forgiving and Encouraging others.

Kendal Dummer

Assistant Project Manager

Kendal joined the CRM Team in May of 2018. Kendal helps out both at the job sites and in the office.

Kendal is from Burnt Ranch, California and currently attends Lassen Community College and plans on pursuing a career in Construction Management after her graduation.

Linda Sturges 

Assistant Project Manager

Linda joined the CRM Team in August 2019. She has a strong financial background, primarily in the banking and loan industry. She will use the organizational and analytical skills obtained in the banking industry to help facilitate construction project development.

Linda lives in Weaverville, CA with her significant other and they have eight children between them, four of which still live at home. They have a homestead and enjoy living off of the land and teaching their children traditional values, hard work and self-sufficiency. Linda enjoys working in her large garden, cooking and preserving the fruits of her labor.
