D. Kevin Nolen

Kevin established the company in 2006 to fulfill a desire to help clients achieve their goals by improving their facilities. With a lifelong career background in construction, a degree in project management, and a passion to serve his clients, Kevin brings a unique set of skills to the table enabling him to develop projects from concept to completion while representing his clients in challenging construction environments.
Diana handles accounts payable and accounts receivable. She manages the “underbelly” of the business, making sure things are taken care of behind the scenes, as well as taking care of the CRM Group team. Diana has been working alongside Kevin since they were married in 1984, helping to organize and manage multiple businesses throughout the decades.
Diana and Kevin are the parents of 4 children and 8 grandchildren. Her passions are Jesus, family, and cooking.
Brandy joined the CRM Team in March 2018. She has an extensive background in commercial construction, working as a project coordinator, assistant project manager, and accountant. Her experience includes estimating, contract preparation, and financial reporting.
Linda joined the CRM Team in August 2019. She has a strong financial background, primarily in the banking and loan industry. She will use the organizational and analytical skills obtained in the banking industry to help facilitate construction project development. She has a BS – Business Administration, Humboldt State University with a Minor in Computers and a Masters – Education Administration, National University.
Audrey serves as an executive assistant to Kevin and Diana. Her roles vary from scheduling to accounts payable; from troubleshooting to reconciling. She is a valuable asset, especially to Diana, and together they serve what Kevin refers to as “the belly of the beast!”
